Most people have never checked the one ratio that affects nearly every cell in their body
I’m Julie. I help people find out where they stand with a simple test they can do at home, and then we figure out what to do about it together.

We are made up of cells. Every single cell has a job to do, and the better our cells can do their job, the better our health is going to be.
Each cell has a membrane around it. Depending on what that membrane is made with, it is either flexible, letting nutrients in and waste out, or it becomes rigid, and then nutrients have a hard time getting in and waste has a hard time getting out. That is directly related to your omega 6 to 3 balance.
Omega 6s cause inflammation and omega 3s reduce it. You need both. If you sprain an ankle, inflammation is part of how you heal. But once things calm down, you need the omega 3s to bring it back down. Because of the way most of us eat now, almost everybody is carrying far more omega 6 than omega 3.

How it works
Step 1
We talk
Free, and no pressure. You tell me what is going on, what you have already tried, and where you are at. Mostly I listen.
Step 2
We pick a test that fits
Or none at all, if that is the honest answer. Most people start with omega 6:3, because it sits underneath everything else.
Step 3
You test at home
A finger poke, a couple of drops of blood on the lab paper, and you mail it off to an independent lab. No clinic, no appointment.
Step 4
We go through the results
Together, in plain language, and we figure out your next step. Sometimes that step is with me. Sometimes it is with someone else I know and trust.
Four at-home tests
All four work the same way: a finger poke at home, a couple of drops of blood on lab paper, and a report that comes back to you.

Omega 6:3 Balance
The foundation. It measures 11 fatty acids in your blood and covers the last 120 days, so it shows what you have actually been eating rather than what you ate this week. A standard physical does not include it.

One of the foundational pieces of health, and a lot of people are low without knowing it.
Usually included in a standard physical.

Your blood sugar over time. The report walks through how your body is handling the carbohydrates you eat.

Most gut tests need a stool sample. This one is a blood spot, and it looks at how your gut bacteria are converting food into energy.

Where I fit in
I am not here to replace your doctor. Think of me as the first stop. Step one is that I listen: what is going on, what have you tried, where are you at.
From there I can usually help directly. And when something looks more complicated than that, I know the people around here who are good at it, and I will point you to them. That part matters as much as anything else I do.
I have been through my own version of this. I spent years confused about what to eat and what to take, and I know how overwhelming it gets.
